The purpose of the Medical Loan Closet is to provide temporary assistance to individuals in need of medical equipment when other sources are unavailable. A variety of items are offered at no cost for use during your home recovery.

 

Due to limited equipment, use is restricted to 3 months, and clients requesting items need to reside in the Sauk Prairie or Lodi community. Call: 608-643-8905 ext. 17 if you have any questions or to check if an item is available.

Items for loan are bath seats, transfer benches, walkers, commodes, canes, toilet seat risers, and wheelchairs.

THE CANCER LOAN CLOSET

This service is for any individual in need of special items such as incontinent products, wigs, breast prostheses, and bras.
